• Starting pay .56 cpm
• Detention pays when collected
• Trips under 300 miles pays $200.00 start to finish (customer to customer, not on repowers/locals)
• Local load pays $25 + mileage (rare)
• Safety Bonus .05 cpm for miles between 2000 and 2500 miles
• Service Bonus .05 cpm for miles between 2000 and 2500 miles
• Up to .10 cpm Fuel bonus
• Starting pay .74 split (.37 each)
• Detention pays when collected, split
• Trips under 300 miles pays $100.00, (each) start to finish (customer to customer, not on repowers/locals)(rare)
• Local load pays $25 each + mileage, split (rare)
• Safety bonus .025 cpm for miles above 4000 miles, split
• On time bonus .025 cpm for miles above 4000 miles, split
• Up to .10 cpm Fuel Bonus, split
